I booked a valuation of one of my rented out properties through three estate agents one of them being Beercocks of Hedon.The delightful Georgina of Beercocks had organised the valuation within 10 min of me being in the office, and everything was done within a week. She gave me a courtesy call two weeks later to check on all the details I had received and if I was happy. Everything I asked of Georgina, she did in the timelines required.
