Exceptional, the only way to put the work of Belinda at Barton/Willerby branch. I'm not too sure which she was based at but highly recommend and thank her for the work she did.We've had the house on the market for a good 8 months with another estate agents and had little to no interest, and annoyingly a potential buyer pulling out twice within 3 months. After changing agents and going to Beercocks, it's obvious there is a gulf in class. We had numerous viewings, one after the other and in some cases, 4 viewings per day. Communication was spot on, I was always aware of what was going on and the quality of people coming through the door was second to none, all very strong potentials and after a collection of viewings we managed to sell for more than expected all thanks to Belinda Dixon.Thank you for everything you did, we now move into our new home on Monday:-)
