I would like to see them add some business services. I opened a business checking and savings a few years ago, but that s all they do for a business. I would like to see business loans or a line of credit in order to grow. If I go to another bank for those services, then what s the point of staying the Great Basin?! But I love the ladies as they are so helpful on personal matters.

I have been with Great Basin for around 30 years and have always considered them to be one of the best credit unions in our area. We are lucky to have them. Their employees show first class customer service and are always friendly and willing to help their customers. I have gone to Great Basin and asked them to do certain things for me and they have never told me "no" or said they couldn't do it. They never make you jump through unnecessary hoops and are professional when dealing with "out of the box" requests. The manager and the staff at my local Great Basin in Sparks are first rate.

I was once very impressed, but that luster is beginning to tarnish, they have eliminated convenience only to opt for a platform which does not work all the time. When you question they act as though your the problem, the kids at the tellers act like your incapable of handling technology through a phone and the managers all scratch their chins. Most of them don't realize it was the ones they are talking to who concieved of these ideas of technology. Not quite so sure I'll continue with their services in the coming years. Right now even with their issues they are better than most.
