Very good software. the only problem I could point out is that it has a high exchange rate.

In the wallet, you can see the estimated amount that can only slightly vary from the final. You see what you get and we believe that's fair.

"Simple and easy to use"

Simple and easy to use and can hold a huge variety of coins. I haven't used the exchange or buy features but the prices to buy crypto through this wallet are very expensive compared to purchasing through an exchange. Not a big concern of mine, I just want to store crypto. My biggest complaint with this wallet is that you only have one receiving address for each currency and can't generate more. Most all security minded people recommend using a different receiving address for each transaction, not one address for all transactions. Please, Terminal, add this feature and I'll come back here and give you 5 stars.

Company Reply: Hello! Thanks for your feedback! Currently we are focused on improving existing wallet features. At this stage, an HD wallet feature is hard to implement. However, we pledge to deploy a multi address option in our later releases. We hope, you'll continue using Terminal!

First I was unable to exchange XTZ to BTC.Now I sent more XTZ to my Terminal Wallet, and even though the app itself confirms the transaction, my balance does not include it in the balance.Support simply said that I should export the wallet to another APP.STAY AWAY!

However, your funds are always safe on the blockchain. If you need access to your funds right now, you can export private key from Terminal to any other wallet and make a transaction.
