"everything is good except for exchange"

everything is good except for exchange. The rates are awful!dont exchange your coins on this wallet, i know it looks like easy beans but you will lost 10x comparing to some exchanges...Reply: no, i wanted to change neo to btc, and Terminal said i will got aprox 0.315 btc, but when i recieved btc i got only 0.295 btc. I dont think that is fair. It is big difference. I lost about 140$ and i would never use your exchange if i knew that rates. Thank you.

We can investigate your case if you email us the details of your exchange at support@terminalwallet. We just want to point, that it may be incorrect to compare the rates at the exchanges and the rates, for example at CoinMarketCap. These average rates and exchange rates can differ a lot for any exchanges. Also, at the time of the exchange within the wallet, you are presented with the estimated amount that can only slightly vary from the final due to the market fluctuations. You can compare this estimated amount with any other exchange :)

"Missing EOS"

Trying to bring attention to a problem in the Terminal wallet and all I get is the typical cop out about not sharing private keys with anyone, really, you're not supposed to share a PRIVATE key? Anyways, when John McAfee says he is missing coins in his wallet they fix it. I wonder If John knows not to share his private keys? They then use his review as advertising. But when I bring it to their attention that coins went missing from my Terminal wallet they shrug it off and say do not share your private keys. It does not sound like Terminal is interested in problems with their wallet. For those that are interested be careful what coins you put in your wallet they might just come up missing later. I had $15 in EOS get sent from my wallet without me doing it. I found out almost a month later that the EOS was gone. I had $1000 total in the wallet but ONLY the EOS went missing. This sounds like it is a problem with EOS or the wallet because if I was hacked or exposed my PRIVATE key to someone, why only take the $15 of EOS and not the whole $1000? I wonder if Terminal will put this review on their front page?

Company Reply: Dear Loy Lee,We are sincerely sorry you faced an issue like this. Losing your funds is extremely frustrating. The reason why our support replied with security advice of keeping your private keys safe is that compromising your EOS private key is the most probable reason if there is an outcoming EOS transaction you didn't make. As much as we'd love to help in that case, we are non-custodial wallet. We have no information about our users, all your data is stored locally on your device. We can't make transactions for you or cancel them. If your EOS keys were compromised, that doesn't mean that your 12-word backup or other coin keys were compromised too, so other funds remain safe. Regarding John McAfee's case, it was a connection issue with displaying the information within the wallet, which can be helped from our side. We apologize if you didn't find answers from our support satisfactory, we treat every problem equally and do our best to help our users. One of the best wallet i used but bit concern that exchange coin amount is very big kindly make it on little amounts like 50000 sat btc to be exchanged on every coin

Great wallet. Allows you to send and receive all kinds of different cryptocurrencies. I was able to hold my ADA with this one, which is great because I couldn't find another wallet that supported ADA.
