love the amount of tokens you can store on the wallet, the staking program is also a great way to earn certain tokens, however the exchange fee is high, and to buy crypto using usd is 5%. also the update speed for coin price is not as fast as i would like. hopefully in the future the coin price will update in real time so i know the exact price of each coin at the time of exchanging tokens and coins.

This is a one stop shop wallet. I sent an email to their support and got a very quick response. So far very pleased. I really like that It is easy to get to your private keys so you can create a paper wallet (backup) and/or put them on a flash destined for the safety deposit box. I also find your user interface to be very easy to use. The Terminal swap is a great idea that does not run real smooth at the moment. As it gains more widespread adoption hopefully it will. You should also consider partnering with the exchanges to makes coin transfers more seamless. The cut-n-paste is tolerable, BUT, when you consider making a blunder in the transfer that you could lose a lot of money one realizes that a more automated process is needed. There is nothing technical keeping this from happening. All that we are exchanging is the public key. Also, I have seen some of my coins intermittently disappear (Holo and VeChain). I know there are many reasons that could cause this that are not your fault. But, it would be nice when this happens if you could somehow notify us.the outage and any additional details your program has determined (like loss of network connection, etc... .Keep working to make this the premier crypto wallet. By far the #1 wallet I have used. I also use a Nano Ledger and prefer Terminal to it.
