Great wallet. Great support team. The whole crypto and blockchain scene is very new to me. My approach to leaning new things is 100% hands on. On my laptop its 100% fingers on. Not always a good approach.My coin ended up NOT in my wallet. The support team was very quick to handle Business. My coin was back in my wallet within the day. Thanks guys!!!!!

Ok, so this is my first trust pilot review. I don't leave reviews often, but I felt the need to come on here and speak up. I've tried many crypto wallets and frankly I wasn't amazed, until Terminal. I tried Exodus as well, but the fees were kind of high. I like the fact I could swap coins and it wasn't too costly. I did run into some exchanges having problems, so I decided to contact support. Honestly based on my prior experience with other crypto businesses, I wasn't expecting to get a reply until maybe a few days later. Within maybe 10 minutes, this support rep named Ashley got back to me very fast and let me know they were aware of the problem and that it would resolve in 3 hours (since they were talking to the exchange). I liked that they actually read, understood, and responded to my question. A lot of support folks just send you a canned message that doesn't even relate to your question. So that was impressive. I then emailed them again for another question on EOS and got this guy named Alex. He was also amazing as well. He gave me a thorough response about EOS, even showed me some reddit posts that were relevant. I mean seriously, what kind of business does that? So yeah Terminal has my business. I feel safe with them. I also use ledger wallet 'cause it's offline, but their support took 3 days and sent me canned responses. So yeah, try Terminal wallet. It has my vote!
