"It's not safe!"

Somehow my TRX balance was wiped out from my wallet. They said someone could accessed my account and stole it - which is nearly impossible since i keep the seed offline only.But why a robber would stole only my TRX and keep the rest (including BTC)? That's make no sense!

Company Reply: Hi Tom,We are sorry to hear you faced this issue. This is frustrating to lose your funds. Unfortunately, it's possible that only one private key was compromised, not the whole phrase. That is the reason why you only have TRX withdrawing. Your keys and phrase are stored locally on your device and never leave it. And your wallet is as safe as your device. We don't recommend storing your keys in cloud services. Please only download the releases from our official website and never share your private info (including suspicious airdrops participation, google-forms and etc.). We would be glad to help you if you have further questions.

Have just uploaded version 2.1.0 and found Holo price is still all over the place. It is very slow to load my balances on the tokens I have stored, about 10 minutes this morning for 9 balances. I have had no issues with safety or transferring tokens in and out of my wallet.
