The amount of pressure that has been lifted from my shoulders after entering a trust deed is remarkable. Feeling like you are in a viscous circle every month and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. well there is! Gemma from start to finish was just so nice and understanding, making me feel at ease and happy to answer any questions I had. The company is lucky to have people with such kind personalities working for them. Like so many other reviews I am annoyed with myself for waiting so long to ask for help.
