So far so good, I was always very worried about entering into a trust deed or even speaking about my spiralling debt to anyone as it was quite a mess I got myself into. The people at trust deed Scotland are non judgemental on your circumstances and fit a budget to your needs. It took all of one day and a half from phone call to signed trust deed. Now I just sit back and wait to see if it gains protected status. Wish I had done it earlier to be honest, no point letting yourself suffer to breaking point when there is a helping hand on the other end of the phone to get the ball rolling.
