having to rebuy a bath panel because you keep sending me the wrong panel and to top it all off you are now arguing about refunding the one I have been waiting for for 4 attempts and a month and a half. its beyond belief

"Awful delivery service"
Ordered a shower screen from Victoria Plum that was due for delivery today, unfortunately the delivery driver dropped off a different, similarly shaped item. When getting in contact with Victoria Plum they offered to pick up the item and replace it with the new item, but only in a week's time, two weeks after the order was placed. The lack of urgency in correcting their own mistakes is very frustrating.

"Bought a toilet seat on 31st December"
Bought a toilet seat on 31st December, got it on 4th Jan 2024 . No problems in delivery. Used it for 6 weeks and left rim of the seat broke .Now have to buy a new one again and pay again to plumber to install. Thought toilet seats lasts long ? extremely disappointed

I had a delivery while I was on holiday ,when I returned we were out of the 7 day check for damage.The item was broken in box , I asked chatbot but was told I was out of the 7 day replacement so I had to speak to a human,Rimsha listened to my story and sorted a replacement Thank you.Great customer service.

My large order came through on time . One piece of plastic on from the bath side panel ordered was split . Contacted company and Faizan ordered replacement within minutes which will arrive in the next two working days . Good service . The rest of the bathroom delivered was excellent

"4 stars thanks to the 3rd call, otherwise zero"
4 stars but it took the 3rd call. If it was up to the first 2 calls - 0/5 stars. I would've given 5 stars if I dealt with the 3rd caller alone. All in all disappointing. The 2 foreign callers who I could hardly understand were useless. Gave me false information and fobbed me off with"someone from technical team will call" when I found out no-one would call and I would need to send an email. The 2 calls only elevated my stress.My 3rd caller (I made the calls) Anita (English) was lovely and solved my problems instantly. She alleviated all my fears and queries that the previous callers stirred up. I would advise you keep calling until you get to speak to someone who you can easily understand and who can understand you. That's what I'll be doing.

We have just had a delivery from you and Jatinder was a pleasure to deal with. He ran back and forwards to get the items from his van. He was polite, nothing was a problem for him. There was no one in the workshop so he had to carry a heavy item himself. One to keep on your staff, worthy of his hire.
