Ordered a toilet and sink unit. Paid extra to sort a delivery date and the sink didn't arrive I had a plumber arranged for the day after, however, it still isn't here 6 days later. I've had to still pay the plumber as he has booked his day out but I'm no further along.I was told it would be delivered on the Saturday and to be in and waiting for it from 7 am to 8pm (in a house which is unoccupied).I rang up to discuss this and they said they can't do anything about it and it will now be arriving Tuesday. If I didn't ring I would've been waiting in the house for the whole of Saturday.Customer service were useful on the phone

Shame I can't give Zero stars.I requested a refund for tiles in line with VPs returns policy. I had to chase and chase them. They lied on several occasions, promising that the refund was being processed. The date on which payment would be made was missed on several occasions. I eventually threatened court action and that prompted payment a full two months after the refund was requested.SHOCKING!!
