"Disappointing Exchange Service"

Unfortunately global Wallet has a very poor and unreliable exchange service. They should replace ChangeNow with a more competent exchange service. Missing funds and funds well below the quoted offer price have happened a lot. Customer service has also been very poor as of late. I will continue to use global as my wallet but I will soon be looking for better alternatives.

When you exchange one coin to another, you are presented with an estimated amount. The amount can only slightly vary from the final due to the market fluctuations. The process is trans rent and nothing can be lost. You can always reach out to [email protected] if youhave some questions or need an assistance.

This would be a better wallet if it updated more often and if you could deposit directly to your bank. An all-in-one would be perfect.
