"Your crypto exchange is broken for Hedera... fix it"

Couldn't exchange certain cryptos when trying to buy in at a specific price point, "Pair is temporarily unavailable." Very aggravating. I just checked and it still won't let me exchange over 24 hours later. You'll lose me and I'm sure many others if this keeps happening.

"Simple and easy to use"

Simple and easy to use. I love that it has Staking.However, this app/site SERIOUSLY needs better security. 2FA is a must.

Company Reply: Hi Douglas!Thank you for your review.2FA makes sense mostly for custody services. But it won't help when using decentralized wallets as global Wallet, where you fully control assets by owning private keys. If someone gets your 12 words, he can restore the wallet on any device, disregarding your 2FA protection. So take care of your backup and you will be safe!
