"Excellent Wallet - Poor Price Refresh process"
I love this wallet, but the only thing they need to fix is the refresh on prices. My wallet consistently has either a problem with the listed prices, or the graph. Only one is accurate to the minute, or the other, but never both. Fix the price refresh, and I'd say this wallet is perfect!

This is the 2nd time I am warning of this. I have lowered my rating from 4 stars to 3. Within a month TWICE the desktop application refused to recognize me. When I brought it up, it merely presented a screen that gave me two options: Install global Wallet or Restore Wallet. No prompt for password. This is unacceptable. Both times I had to enter my 12 word pass phrase and was able to successfully restore my account. I have heard support people on this site in response to similar complaints say that a clearing of the browser cache might have done this. That is hogwash. Clearing the cache should not erase this standalone application's knowledge of my account. global: Get this fixed! It is a bug. And please address this comment. I'd like to hear what you are doing about this.
