global Wallet is an extremely slick and user friendly app that knits wallets from many different blockchains together seamlessly. I would imagine this product draws in many users who are relatively new to crypto, as was the case with myself when I began using it. If you are such a user, I'd strongly suggest coming up to speed with the various network fees charged by different blockchains. Additionally, many tokens, such as ERC-20 (Ethereum) and TRC-10/20 (Tron) tokens exist on chains that require you to have some balance of the network's main token in order to trade. For example, to trade BTT you need some TRX first since BTT is a TRC-10 token on the Tron network.With this basic information in mind, the global Wallet has built-in exchange capabilities through integration with ChangeNOW. This normally works great and is super convenient. Keep in mind, however, that during times of extreme trading volume the ChangeNOW exchange may become overloaded and/or suffer from hung transactions. Its during these very same times that support tends to become obviously overloaded. Fear not, since the exchange is honorable and as soon as they're able to resolve the tech issues, they will complete your trade or provide a refund. This will happen at the rate provided when you made the exchange. I can personally attest to this as I encountered a hung transaction on my second exchange attempt using the wallet. My tokens were deposited within two days and all subsequent exchanges went quickly, smoothly, and flawlessly.
