"I have just started w/global"

I have just started w/global. Seems easy to operate, offers staking, easy to move in & out. I think the complaints against prices are due to the coins that run on Ether blockchain. I found out he hard way when I was charged $20 to move usdc because its on ether. Other coins quite reasonable to move & speedy too. Works well w/Kraken

Company Reply: Hi Bill! Thank you for your feedback. The network fee is yed in the coin your token is based on. USDC is an ETH based token, so the commission will be in ETH. That is the rule of blockchain.

In the last three days, about seven of my currencies have been transferred to addresses that I do not know are blockchain addresses without my intervention. What should I do if my money is returned? I am really confused and shocked.I really had a hard time getting this money. Why should my money be transferred to other addresses by itself?

Company Reply: Hi There!We are sorry to read that. Unfortunately, it can be a scam. If you have noticed an outgoing transaction you have never made, you need to to act as fast as possible. Since all operations processed on the blockchain are irreversible, you can only create a new wallet and do the key transfer procedure.

If someone gets your 12 words, he can restore the wallet on any device, disregarding your 2FA protection.
