"Exchange has issues"

The transaction some times take a long time to go through. For instance I made two purchases of Pundi X (NPXS) on the 3rd of March that are still showing pending and the is no way to get help as Chat doesn't work and neither does email at least not for me, but you my not no that until you need to use it. All so I can see coins and tokes I would like to own but you can't purchase them. Once they go up in price then you can eventually purchase then after missing the best buying opportunity. If it wasn't for those issues it would be a good program.

I trust the founder which makes me download the APP. The wallet interface is great looking.The Fees is comparable to other Wallet Exchange. A lot of stable coin to STAKE which I love. The requirement to exchange a coin or to stake a coin is sometimes ridiculous. I hope through time this problem will be addressed. Also, that AWC can have a burning mechanism of some sort, to push the price higher and be more attractive to investor. Overall, HODL.
