I like global Wallet But... I have used global Wallet many times to purchase crypto currency, and recently I purchased some coins and they never showed up in my wallet. I reached out to global Wallet multiple times as it has been days since I purchased the coins, and the only response I got can be summed up to (we don't handle Crypto purchases, you need to reach out to the third party company that does). As an global Wallet user, I feel like I was told "this is not our problem, go handle this with simplex". I feel like global Wallet should play a greater role in ensuring the satisfaction of their users. One way this could be done is making sure users get their crypto. After all, I am using global Wallet to make the purchase.
