"Transfeero Never Disappoints"

The driver was on time, courteous and got us to our destination on time. I've used Transfeero before and they never disappoint.

I wouldn't use this service in London.The car booked was for 3 passengers and 3 bags. We had three bags and a carry on bag.The car that turned up was a hatchback. The bags didn't fit and the driver said that we had gone over the limit. I offered to leave the carry on bag at the hotel, however, the driver said that the bags were too big.I would question if he was able to fit three carryon bags into the boot of his car.I am not sure if this is common practice, however, he tried to put a bag on the front passenger seat.We had to rush and catch a train to the airport, which was easier than using the London providers of Transfeero.No refund form the company.I find the response from the company to this review unsatisfactory.I phoned the company on the day and have also sent a detailed email. Transfeero have reviewed my concerns and refused my refund hence my review.

"DO NOT BOOK with this company"

DO NOT BOOK with this company. I had them booked to bring my family and I to noosa from Brisbane. We had two elderly people with us. They cancelled 2 minutes before our pickup and would not arrange another car for us. Please for your sake please do not book with this scam of a company. Would hate to see anyone else end up in our situation
