"Would not choose again"

I wish there was more of a human element. This was my first time to the city and there's a lot I didn't understand. The driver who picked us up was not careful and his vehicle was very dirty and smelled badly of cigarettes. Not a good look. The driver on the way back was excellent and very helpful.

Our ride from the airport was better than the ride to the airport, but the booking was simple and the drivers were on time. If I was just rating the first ride, then I'd give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, our ride to the airport wasn't quite as smooth due to a little confusion with the driver.

Organised an airport transfer from Dubai international to my hotel. For the same price as an Uber, there was an organiser waiting at arrivals to help with our bags, we got a very nice car and good quality baby seat. Will definitely use again!
