The rug is a better quality than I expected and it looks even better in person than it did on the Internet, the order came earlier than expected, and the packaging made it almost impossible to damage the product.

The products I received were as expected and really good quality for a great price. The reason that I am giving for instead of five stars regarding my experience is because I had to make three phone calls before I made my purchase. The first two customer service representatives were not able to answer my question regarding the product and I had to ask to speak to a supervisor. Once I got a hold of a supervisor then I was able to get my questions answered and place the order.
