Selection using the Show in Room feature is GREAT. SUPER HELPFUL. I found a color mix I would not have imagined without seeing it like that. The rug is thin as described and I purchased the slightly thicker mat. I'm just having issues with the ends curling up and getting whipped up by foot traffic. Any suggestions for weighting or taping rugs like this down?

I have not received my order. It is very difficult to rate something you have not received. In addition I have not received any shipping updates.

2nd update: Rugs.com rep personally contacted me regarding missing pads. Shiva was a 5 star rep. Rug pads received within two days Update: No runners in packages. Now! Rugs.com indicating one runner was included. My receipt and order reflect 2 (two) runners ordered. I have not received my runners, though I was charged for them. How disappointing
