First of all, I really love my new rug! The thing I didn't like was the way it was sent folded up.It made it very hard for us to get the folds flat. It should have been rolled to ship as other runs I've bought were.

I ordered a rug and when I received it, the color was more pink than orange. So I returned it following the directions the same day. I ordered a different rug and the turnaround time was within 24 hours! Love it and it works great. My only piece of advice is that the nicer rug pad is too thick for my entry way round rug.
