The app is really easy to use, but the service fee charges are incredibly high. They added almost $300 on top of my purchase.

The seats were terrible. Couldn't see anything and were really high for the price paid, definitely not worth it. Had to pay almost triple to upgrade to better tickets.

I was extremely upset. I paid for floor seat tickets and when transferred they were not floor seat tickets at all. I am not happy with but this at all and the venue told me there was nothing that they could do.
