I think you should give a % off if people wait longer to cash in their points. Like 500 points = $5, 950 = $10, 1400 = $15, etc. I also don't like how long it took to cash out and receive my gift card. On March 16th, I received an email stating that it normally takes 2-3 business days to process. However, I did not receive my gift card until 6 days (5 business days) later on March 22nd. I'm not sure what held it up, but it would've been nice to get an email about it after business day 3 went by. Other than that, everything was fine. I got my gift card and applied it to my account.
