"KEEP TAKING THOSE SURVEYS"

WITH ALL THE RISING INFLATION, GETTING GIFT CARDS TO HELP WITH EXPENSES IS A BLESSING. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE SOME KIND OF HELP.

Tried to use it at Wendy's online (under 5.00) but doesn't work. This happened to the first reward I got but I was able to use it at Wawa after trying multiple other stores first.

I never received a gift card. Or directions about a e- card. I have cashed out before and never had any problems.

It took awhile to earn very little and the wait time for the money wasn't to bad

"Useless Rewards"

The American Express virtual cards I received are basically useless for any type of online transaction. Which is how I do my business. First it states that the cards can be added to my apple wallet but then when I enter in the information I get a message that says I have to contact the merchant. So I did and spent 35 minutes on the phone with them to get to the end result of the cards having to be over-rode to add them. Why wouldn't they state that it has to be done by someone over the phone. Second, in trying to use it on an app from my phone that has to have the card number directly entered plus the expiration date and pin , with more than enough available funds, it declined the purchase. It is clearly stated that the card requires those three pieces of information In order to be able to use the card, yet the customer service rep kept telling me a script that was very obvious he was reading from that the security of my card is very important and I can only use it in sites that ask for those three pieces of information. I had to repeat myself 3 times to try to make my point and he just continued to respond with his reading of the script. This was the most difficult thing to have to deal with! Ultimately what it comes down to is that despite the merchant agreement, and the online purchase disclaimer, American Express has just dictated where I can and can't shop online despite my using a website that accepts the card meets their terms required for online purchase. So the next time I earn my rewards I will not be using American Express anymore. I will have to reevaluate the perks versus the pains forced upon my time regarding my measly $15 rewards I receive. The Visa Gift card doesn't acknowledge the credit nor my entry of my password for verification. If those are the most useful cards to me and neither of them are available due to a lack of streamlining rules and regulations across Inbox and the card service than I have to decide what is in my best interests especially because I spend a good amount of time doing the surveys I qualify for if I am able to get to the end and actually earn the reward rather than 3/4 of the way through when the meat of the questions have been answered by me and then suddenly I am booted from the survey and disqualified. Seems to be a pretty sneaky tactic to fulfill a survey and not have to pay the person complrtong the survey.

I never received my first pay-card and now my second one in on the way, but by mail ?! I want a e-mail reward card, not a mail card. I never received none.
