Upgraded to 3 stars based on subsequent communication with 123print Brand Manager and some accommodation for shipping charges for two packages. The quality of the merchandise was never an issue. I have not researched competitive costs. Original, unmodified review:Too expensive for the merchandise total; 250 business cards and 250 envelope labels - $35.76, and too expensive for the shipping $15.50. Furthermore, the business cards were printed and shipped from a company Cardsdirect located in Dallas Texas and not 123print where I placed the order. The the labels were printed by 123print located in Pennsylvania.

"Labels Not Centered, but Later Replaced"

I've asked for a reprint, since the labels weren't centered properly.Update 1/15/24 - Even though I sent a photo of how the labels aren't centered vertically, they replied that the printing is as ordered. I will be responding to them again.Update 2/5/24 - After some back and forth by email, 123Print sent me a replacement set of address labels that are correctly centered. I'm changing my 1 star review to 4 stars.
