Revised 3/10/24Update. Horrible experience, even worse customer service from JP. Spent 12 hours troubleshooting my hack with 3 different agents until I paid to get it set up by Jay which he was awesome. But 12 hours of my 24 hour pass got burnt up troubleshooting it to get it to work. Was told my timer would not start until I inject by Lovley, That was not true I found out today. So end result I paid for a pass and set up just to get 4 hours of real time play. Try another hack company it was more of a headache then enjoyment. And yes I did follow the guide instructions that they claim to be important.I have our conversation saves if anyone needs proof of this interaction with lots more detail.A few bumps in the road could be something I did wrong so I recommend having a support agent do the install for you, thanks to Lovely being very professional and patient Im still in on battlelog.

"Cheat client did not work as intended."

I ordered a 7 day cheat, the most expensive one, and it did not work as it intended, I went through about an hour of troubleshooting, and nothing on the client worked except esp. I was not happy with the purchase however the Tech, Roy was very helpful, understanding, and patient with me while he waited for me to troubleshoot. I give him 5/5 stars but the Cronos Client 1/5

"Sometimes the key doesn't work"

Had purchased a key that just wasn't working at all, tried everything from customer support. Had Ryan help me and he was very easy to communicate with, one of the best customer support representatives I've had. Took about 2 hours till they wrote me a ticket number and decided to swap my key. I was told it could take 4-8 hours to swap so that was disappointing. Main downsides I've currently experienced with the site is my key didn't work even after following the guide.
