The install process was a breeze if you use their personal install services. They log on with a remote session and install it for you. I would highly recommend Jay!!! Jay was fast with the install which required several reboots and he was always right there to greet you when you logged back in to start the remote session again after restart. Please note, you have to log back into the live chat to give him the remote session login info after each reboot. I cannot recommend Jay enough!
