"Gas fees went through, staking reward not received!!!"

This Wallet is average at most, but it's quite simple to use and it has good staking rates. The problem i have is with paying network fee for both staking and taking rewards. I just recently tried to claim my rewards and it didn't go through even after the gas fees was deducted from my wallet. I'm honestly pretty disappointed with my experience so far.

Company Reply: Hi there!We are sorry you feel that way. To move your funds, you need to pay the network fee for each transaction. That is the rule of blockchain. Locks Wallet doesn't take anything for sending, receiving, staking, unstaking and claiming, these are network fees paid to miners entirely. Please check whether you have enough not staked funds to claim your coins and to pay the network fee for that.As for Zil, make sure to leave about 63 ZIL on your available balance, so that you can pay the fees (the exact amount depends on the network's current congestion and load). Otherwise, you won't be able to either claim your rewards or unstake your coins. Went ahead and bought 100 AWC to stake and since I've been diversifying into various layer 1 coins (solana, cardano). The only thing I'd like is, I can't see the value of all the solana I staked on the main page, whereas I can see the value of the solana/awc/cardano that I've staked in the main $ total of the main wallet page.

"Great wallet for a lot of reasons"

Great wallet for a lot of reasons. It would get a five if not for a few small things. Pros: You have your own keys which is a big deal. The swap function is great and can save you a lot of money (much better than using anyswap). Support is responsive and helpful. Cons: No 2-Factor Authentication, but it does support fingerprint and facescan. There have been issues with DOT and ADA at times on the mobile iOS version.

But it won't help when using decentralized wallets as Locks Wallet, where you fully control assets by owning private keys. If someone gets your 12 words, he can restore the wallet on any device, disregarding your 2FA protection.
