Greetings, Locks wallet was recommended to me and overall, I have enjoyed the experience and utility of it. All of this is quite new to me, so YouTube videos have been helpful in figuring out how to use your wallet. I appreciate how responsive your team is, which is wonderful during the days where putrid customer service is blamed on the plague. I do have one complaint / request. It is not my desire to receive a birthday card from IRS, gifting me with the pleasure of an audit. I'm not a fan of big government but I'm also not a fan of getting one of those letters, so I intend to pay taxes when applicable. Unfortunately, Locks Wallet does not make downloading a CSV file with your crypto transaction details unless you use a Windows platform. Our main computer at home is a Chromebook and I have an iPhone. At this point I have to manually send TaxBit all my crypto details. Ideally, I want a centralized place where I can tell what my unrealized gains/losses are. A place that can track all of my dollar-cost-averaging, trimming of profits, etc. With crypto in the crosshairs of regulators and with the government beefing up the IRS, it would be a great service to make the exporting of transaction details via CSV files available to IOs, Android and Windows. This would be helpful to many of your users as April 15th draws near.Respectfully,~Sean

I'm on a lot of exchange platforms and Locks Wallet is the worse among mine.Impossible to unstake, impossible to get my crypto back, the functions are always unavailables, I'm right now with the help center to get my cryptos but it's long and difficult. The other exchange platforms are easier to use.
