"Absolute rip off with TERRIBLE customer service"

Absolute scam. Constantly changing the bar at which you can try exchange or transfer your coins. MAKE you purchase ETH from them just to transfer ETH based coins out of their wallet but credit cards ( that protect you from fraud) never work so they constantly push you to use a debit card. It's a roach motel for crypto. Your coins go in and never come out unless they get their fee. Which at one point the fee was literally more expensive than the coins I had in the wallet.

Company Reply: Hi there!We are sorry you feel frustrated. Each transaction demands a network fee. It will be paid in the coin your token is based on. For example, SHIB is an ETH based token, so the commission will be in ETH. That is the rule of blockchain, which may seem like a complication from the side of our wallet, but it is not. We understand that the ETH network is currently heavily overloaded. It is indeed very expensive to transfer ERC20 tokens right now. We could recommend waiting until the ETH network goes back to normal, so that the fees are not so outrageously high.Kindly note, the purchase function we support is powered by our partner Simplex. We can't fully influence them, unfortunately. In any case, you are always able to export your keys to any other wallet and access your funds immediately.
