The provided information about the exchange rate of coins is often incorrect or completely blocked when it is necessary.

The rates you see in the coin list and total balance within the wallet are taken from our rate provider CryptoCompare. Sometimes it needs a bit more time when it usually happens to update the rates. This is why we always recommend you to make sure that your connection is stable and nothing blocks the app's productivity and use VPN. But don't worry, the coins are always traded by the market rate, irrespective of the price reflected in Locks wallet.You should be able to perform the exchange anyway. "I like the software"

I like the software, but there are discrepancies between what the website says and what the wallet is capable of. For example, Ubiq. Website says, "Locks Wallet is one of the wallets suitable for storing UBQ", but the wallet does not actually support UBQ.

AW is a superb wallet and exchange service. They are the ONLY exchange where @XRP is available. They DO reward you for utilizing the exchange services (they deposit AWC directly into your wallet) I have seen it and have used the AWC for all types of stuff. They also have an expansive staking service with great rates.
