To be honest, Locks is a great wallet for holding, staking and storing digital assets, it's also a great tool for beginners to exchange tokens with because it skips mistakes like choosing the wrong address type ,..., etc. its exchange fee is a little bit higher than elsewhere, but it's still at a reasonable price.And in the end, if I wanna write a message to its managers I would say "Hey, make more coins available please !"

It is a good wallet in general, however, it's been giving me a hard time about using my debit/credit card to buy coins. I missed a huge buying opportunity in the past few days. I have tried sending them all the info I can to complete verifications, but I keep getting denials, CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS, there were not helpful and kept repeating a preset rebuttal instead of actually helping, i doubt i even got to speak with an actual person.
