"A great wallet for desktop"

A great wallet for desktop. Recommended for both beginners and pros. Amazing and simple UI. But, I don't use it often, every time I do open the software, it asks me for my 12-word backup phrase, instead of the password log-in. I then restart the application to log in. Apart from this, no other issues.

"Gas fees went through, staking reward not received!!!"

This Wallet is average at most, but it's quite simple to use and it has good staking rates. The problem i have is with paying network fee for both staking and taking rewards. I just recently tried to claim my rewards and it didn't go through even after the gas fees was deducted from my wallet. I'm honestly pretty disappointed with my experience so far.

Company Reply: Hi there!We are sorry you feel that way. To move your funds, you need to pay the network fee for each transaction. That is the rule of blockchain. Locks Wallet doesn't take anything for sending, receiving, staking, unstaking and claiming, these are network fees paid to miners entirely. Please check whether you have enough not staked funds to claim your coins and to pay the network fee for that.As for Zil, make sure to leave about 63 ZIL on your available balance, so that you can pay the fees (the exact amount depends on the network's current congestion and load). Otherwise, you won't be able to either claim your rewards or unstake your coins.
