"There is space for improvements"

Pros:Easy-to-use, good-looking straight-forward UI, decentralized.Cons (more like suggestions):- The ability to add a coin to favorites is essential nowadays.. Typing the coin's name in the search bar every time you want to check it out is inconvenient and inefficient.- I don't know if this was made on purpose, but the staking options menu (after you click on a coin to stake) is a bit too minimal on information, like there's no info of duration or term, or anything related to time, and that makes things uncertain/unclear, you should clarify more on how your staking system works.- More of the popular coins should come, like Polygon (MATIC),Terra (LUNA) and AVAX.- Supporting more staking options would be awesome, but this is just a wish not a complaint.All in all, I'm happy with Locks Wallet, and can recommend it to people looking for a user-friendly, cross-platform, non-custodial app.

Instead of searching the coin, you can customize your coin list so that it only includes those coins you want to see. You can also hide coins that have zero balance. As for staking, we have informative articles about staking options in the wallet. It is possible to find them in our knowledge base on our website, but we will think about adding more information in the app. Please note, Locks Wallet can be used for any token based on the Ethereum blockchain (as of now, we don't offer support for any other chain aside from ERC20). Adding more coins, implementing new features, improving the stability of work and UI and fixing bugs ? that is a continuous process. When we improve the work of the wallet to a certain point, we make a new release. Stay with us! PA

"Locks Wallet Is Easy and fast to Use"

I think I have been with Locks Wallet for about two years... It was a little learning curve for this old techo phobe.. But once through that I have found my dealings with Locks wallet to be just wonderful. I an happy to recommend Locks Wallet to anyone, Kind RegardsBryan HedgesAustralia

"Lightning Fast Exceptional Customer Service"

I had a problem with my Locks Wallet, which was completely on my computers end. I sent in a request for support and was amazed to see a response in minutes. My issue was completely resolved within about 20 minutes of its discovery. If customer service gets any better than that, please show me where. I am very impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend Locks Wallet.
