Look no further...this company and its staff excel...I'll not go into details but will say that I found them helpful,compassionate,understanding and more importantly, empathetic at a very difficult time for me..oh...and their products are excellent too.

This company explains all about their product, it comes well packaged. The dog did improve but he was 10years old with knee problems, but it did help him have another 3 months. Unfortunately he passed away last week.

Would have given 5 stars but after changing my order in February to MAX Strength (which was delivered promptly) my March order didn't arrive till 3 days after the first lot had gone. I know the post office may be partly to blame as their delivery times are not great but allowance should be made for this!

I have been using this for three months and not only was it a hassle to get my dog to take the tablet as they are huge. But it has not made a slight bit of difference to her and her joints.in fact get limping has become a vet issue. These tablets are very expensive, even with an 50% discount.they have not made one bit of difference to my dog.

When I have rang customer service they have been so helpful, especially recently when one of my dogs passed away (at a great age) they were so understanding and kind. Can't fault them at all.
