"Waste of time if can't fulfil orders"

1st order was great followed the double dose protocol , second order failed to arrive making the double dose protocol a waste of time . Contacted and they agreed to send it again but instead of rushing it through on a next day delivery it's coming second class , will cancel subscription if this continues

Got them to help my dogs arthritic shoulder, can't say if they work as she won't eat them, tried crushing them and mixing into her food but she refuses to eat it. So wasted my money.

As our dogue de bordeux male got older he started to go stiff in his joints, we've had giant breeds for 30yrs but never used supplements really, I used to put glucosamine in thier food but never went the whole hog, so thought I'd try it, had them arrive every month as my memory is terrible, and I must say they are worth every penny after they got into his system he was a different dog out on walks, he was on them till we lost him earlier in the year, and I thank you for giving us our dog back as in the last couple of years in his life he was happy and limber again, a while after he died we got a beautiful letter through the post and a pack of forget me not seeds to remember him this made me and my wife cry but in a good way, someone actually thought of that and that was a beautiful gesture and little things like this let you know this is a quality company run by people who love pets as much we do, thank you all from the bottom of my heart, and yes I'd recommend using this company and it's products, keep doing what you are doingAll the veryIan G (Tamworth)
