"Good and shockingly bad experiences"

With my order no issues at all.With my husbands just had awful experience which luckily customer services were able to sort out.I had ordered all his drugs but only one turned up. Keep getting changing messages every time I order his drugs.Doctors dispensing pharmastst has set up so I cannot order drugs via them as he has sent prescriptions through to you until August.Thought they'd be sent out automatically. Last time when they didn't arrive I brand to be told I need to put request through to you for them to be sent out, which this time I did. I expected all drugs to arrive promptly as you already had clearance from doctor.Slow arrival. Husband out of one drug. Drugs enroute. Only one arrived and not the one urgently needed.Phoned to be told i do not only need to place order but ring you too.I am now totally confused.Please can you clarify exactly what i do need to do so that my husband receives his vital drugs.Thank you.

I have been with pharmacy 2 u for years now. Only had an issue once and it was resolved quickly. It is so much easier to get my medication and when I needed another prescription recently the dr just added it to my account and it got delivered.
