I replied to my reminder 'Time to order your medication' on the 20th March and used the 24 hour link. It was then very easy to order and I was informed of all the steps along the way.This includes Royal Mail who informed they had received my delivery and delivered it a day later 23rd March.I think this is an amazing service and greatly improved.

Smashed Medication Packs and Broken SachetsIt's easy to place order, however, my medications arrived with the packs all smashed up and sachets broken.The delivery envelop is always intact though which tells me the problem is not with the post office.

Very pleased with postal service, but unless i am going away I have no need to re-order earlier than two weeks before needed as the prescription is for two months, Because of early ordering in the past (due to your constant reminders} I got a build up which I don't like getting, so please, approximately 6 weeks after despatch if you wish to remind me. "Great service and easy to use"

Amazing company make it so easy to get your medication delivered all together without waiting weeks for our chemist to have my things ready for collection. Everything delivered to you well packaged and my insulin all kept cool. I use it for mine and my mums and have never had a problem. Also regular texts to keep me informed at each stage.
