For us who don't do computes I find the 'onsite' ordering system Byzantine. Why it cannot be 'yes' or 'no', tick or leave to the question 'Do you want this medication this month?' is beyond me. You have simple tick boxes when you want all other responses.The telephone alternative is almost as bad. The automated voice is of someone young with a much quicker ability to think. We geriatrics are dealing with chemical terms quite outside our understanding and it takes time to come to terms with what has been voice presented. You don't need an older voice you need a slower one from someone who appreciates we need these chemicals but who need time to absorb the syllables that are being thrown at us.

I've struggled to get my prescriptions since I received a phone call from the surgery asking if I wanted to collect my prescription instead of having it delivered. I don't put this down to pharmacy2u but I now don't know how to get my thyroxine. Despite numerous phone calls and chats in the surgery

Really confusing that it switches between platforms (onlinedoctor and Pharmacy2U) which have separate logins, and also that it's impossible to get messages. I get texts and emails saying I've got a message, but when I try to log in to read it there's either nowhere on the screen indicating where the message might be, or it wants me to re register with my height and date of birth, etc. I've ordered from them three times now and this happens every time. I've still never managed to read my latest messages but they sent the medication so presumably they weren't that important.
