"Unusable due to bugs"

Bugs drove me crazy. Every time I'd use the green screen removal feature, saved the project, and then opened it later, the "removed" background would reappear with no way to remove it again. The only way to continue working would be to redo everything and then finish it all in one session. It was a major waste of time so I switched to another software to finish the project.The support acknowledged the issue but denied a refund although I asked for it after just 3 days. They said that once you start using the service you can't get a refund. How, else would I encounter a bug?? So, If you encounter a bug that prevents you from using what you paid for it's bad luck. It was a horrible customer experience and a waste of time. There are much better and free alternatives around.
