"Wouldnt let me download video"

I was attempting to download a video for a time-sensitive project and the great veed.io would consistently tell me that there was an error with their servers. no matter what I tried i was unable to download the video I had spent upwards of an hour working on. This resulted in me missing my deadline to no fault of my own. Please fix your servers.

"Fails to upload files and unhelpful CS"

The app worked well initially but then after recording videos, it would fail to upload them. The recovery process then generates a file that also can't be uploaded so it wasted huge amounts of my time. Customer support was totally unhelpful and wanted me to send them a 1GB recovery file, which would have done nothing as the issue was native to their platform. Noting, I've tried to resolve this issue for 3 months and wasted countless hours battling a buggy and unreliable system.
