The 2 Cards I ordered are great & received within a couple of days direct to myself. However I am annoyed to find having been charged for 2 x postage that they both arrived in the same envelope !!

Nice cards, but the first one I ordered arrived after my daughter's birthday despite ordering 4 days in advance. The second one arrived very quickly, but with no envelope. Hopefully In the future things will improve. Thanks.

User friendly, very easy to navigate + a great choice of cards. The reminders are such a good idea + I love the address book all in one place on the app so I don't have to keep looking them up ! My husband tried to use a different (well known) website back in January but trying to attach photos was a complete nightmare for him - I managed to do it for him in the end but it wasn't a great experience ! Moonpig on the other hand is a pleasure to use, much easier so overall, really pleased. I placed an order just this week + the card actually arrived the next day ! I've been using Moonpig for a few years now + in that time only once has a card arrived late + that was purely down to Royal Mail !
