It's Friday 29th March, I still haven't recieved the card!

I have used Moonpig numerous times already and I have always been satisfied. Efficient, not too expensive and great for keeping you informed of a delivery's progress.

Well we will give 0 if available. Ordered a birthday card for my daughter to be delivered to the UAE. Gave at least 2 weeks notice. Her birthday was on 17th March. So when it didn't arrive we contacted Moonpig to get an update and was told it be redeliver. But it never arrived. Chased for an update and to request a refund if Moonpig could not meet with delivery promise. Moonpig's reply was we would be refunded, but no apology given or the reason for the non delivery. Although Moonpig state that they deliver internationally, you will be disappointed as it seems they will not deliver or apologise. Not happy !
