Today I spoke with Engell Liriano. He was very pleasant and answered my question. It was a little difficult to understand stand what he was saying because of the accent but I just was patient and ask him to repeat which he was kind enough to do.

My experience has been positive from the beginning. The customer service rep who signed me up for the program spent 2 hrs on the phone with me answering all my questions and was very transparent about changes in credit score etc. Within the first 3 months, Cordoba settled two of my largest accounts for more than 50% of total bill. The support team is very responsive to questions , passing on important documents and adjusting payment amounts as requested to insure the client can meet the settlement payments. I am already seeing slow improvement in my credit score.
