Hector was great at answering my questions and was a pleasure to speak with.

They are refusing to communicate with me about the status of my accounts. I made inquiries by email and through my client portal three times over the course of six weeks and they did not respond with anything other than saying "Thank you." Once I filed a BBB complaint they began to contact me by phone and are now claiming that they have been trying to reach out and I have not responded. I have zero evidence of contact efforts towards me or any but one of my creditors. Now, they keep calling me though I have asked multiple times that they communicate with me in writing and/or email I have clearly asked them to terminate five of the six accounts they were supposed to settle. I am satisfied with the one account they settled and intend to honor that portion of our agreement. They have not provided copies of my agreement with them, their negotiated agreement with my one creditor, they have not provided a list of attempted contact dates and notes prior to my complaint with the BBB and they have not responded to my request to cancel my other accounts. My issue is with their communication not so much with what they have done so far on the one account. I do understand these things take time but for the fees they are going to get I do expect copies of agreements and updates within a two week time period. Even if this firm actualky makes good negotiations (which may be possible but I am not convinced of this yet) , I don't recommend them due to their lack of communication and their subsequent gaslighting efforts to clean things up after I complained.They are very friendly and thorough when they first talk to you but once you start paying they go radar silent. I liked them a lot when I signed on but it has not gone well at least in my case. I do not recommend them.
