Do not EVER USE THESE PEOPLE !!! They scammed my mother until I FOUND OUT about it and decided to cancel it. They lie to you saying they are going to get you to pay less for your debt but really mess your credit up INSANELY! You can have a credit score of 700 by the end of the ?program? your score is less than 400 s. I ve went through this before and I learned my lesson. It took SO LONG to get it back up. My mom called them to cancel and they send they would. For some reason something told me to check since we didn t receive any email.. my mother calls again and they state there is no documentation that shows the account was cancelled. I spoke to Luis in customer service/call center and WORSE customer advocate I have ever spoke to. Mind you I work for a call center and speak to clients all the time. Worse service he ever gave me. Started yelling at me over the phone, I asked to speak to a manager and he declined. DO NOT TRUST THIS GROUP. THIS COMPANY. Please save yourself. If you ever need to cancel remember to keep calling for verification because they will try to wait until you have your FIRST PAYMENT.
