First, I was told incorrect information about late payments on my credit report. Against my better judgement, I agree to the sales pitch and sign up. Still feeling a little uneasy about it all I do some research and find big, glaring SCAM red flags everywhere. Bad reviews, hundreds of BBB filed complaints, and the list goes on. Then I start getting credit monitoring notifications- Someone has tried to open new credit card accounts. And it wasn t me. Not even 24 hours after I just gave out my ss # to these people...?awfully coincidental. Finally I decide I m out. Well good luck with that cause you cannot speak to anyone who can cancel this. Make several ?appointments? to speak to someone, get promised all sorts of call backs and nothing happens. When you do get to speak to someone they are combative, condescending, manipulative, rude, try to shame you out of canceling and berate you to tears. Overall - an absolutely appalling experience with some very vile and exploitative people.
